About The Speaker
Lama Yeshe Rabgye
Meditation Teacher - RoundGlass Living
A monk in the Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, Lama Yeshe aims to help as many people as possible through sound therapy, meditation, mindfulness, and emotional counselling sessions. Having studied mindfulness since the age of 19, Yeshe continues to expand on his passion for teaching both in person and virtually.
Lama Yeshe has studied with many prominent teachers, including H.H. Karmapa, Lodro Namgyal, Khenpo Tsültrim Gyamtso Rinpoche and the Dalai Lama, and he’s practiced everything from Anapanasati, Vipassana and insight meditations to sound healing and chakra aligning. His passion for teaching began with young monks in the foothills of the Himalayas; since then, he’s branched out to educate a lay audience. Lama Yeshe's podcasts and guided meditations, rich in everyday examples that make the lessons come alive, have been listened to more than 2 million times.
