About The Speaker

Dr. Patricia Rockman

Dr. Patricia Rockman is a physician, associate professor of psychiatry at the University of Toronto, and trainer of healthcare providers in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBST) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She is the co-founder of the Centre for Mindfulness Studies and has authored a number of books and publications, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, New Harbinger, 2019.
