Finding Balance with Technology: Seven Strategies for Attention Activism

member workshops Feb 26, 2025

LIVE Workshop: Wednesday, March 26th, 2025

The digital world is fast-paced, immersive, and often overwhelming—impacting focus, mental well-being, and relationships. As helping professionals, navigating this landscape for both yourself and your clients requires a mindful and intentional approach. How might we use tech mindfully?

This workshop introduces seven strategies for handling digital overwhelm with clarity and compassion—a framework designed to help professionals and their clients build a healthier relationship with technology. Instead of guilt, shame, or avoidance, we’ll explore ways to engage with digital tools mindfully, set intentional boundaries, and cultivate awareness while using tech (not only when you put it away).

Through guided experiences, discussion, and practical applications, you’ll learn how to support clients in regulating their digital habits while fostering more balance, focus, and presence in their daily lives.

In this workshop, you will gain:

  • Practical, mindfulness-based strategies to manage digital overwhelm and support clients in building healthier technology habits.
  • A structured framework for applying the Seven Strategies for Attention Activism to promote clarity, intentionality, and digital well-being.
  • Guidance on reducing guilt, shame, and fear around technology use—both for yourself and in your client work.

This workshop includes on-demand CE learning and resources:

  • High-definition video lessons and guided mindfulness practices.
  • A PDF Guide: 7 Strategies for Attention Activism with Clarity and Compassion.
