Jackie Gardner Nix, MB.BS., PhD, MRCP(UK). Dr. Gardner-Nix is Medical Director of NeuroNova Centre for Mindful Solutions Inc., an organization dedicated to improving mental and physical health through Mindfulness training. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Anaesthesia, University of Toronto and has been a chronic pain consultant physician at Toronto’s St Michael’s Hospital and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. 

Dani Harris OCT, B.Ed is an Indigenous Studies and English teacher who has taught at-risk youth for nearly 20 years, bringing breath-based resilience practices to hundreds of educators and students in Toronto, the United States, and the UK. She co-founded Rebel Breath, a breath-based trauma-informed program dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to frontline resilience-building practices.

Danielle Rousseau PhD LMCH is a professor, researcher, therapist, and yoga teacher. She considers herself to be a scholar activist and justice educator. Dr. Rousseau worked in the field of forensic mental health as a therapist in correctional facilities and in communities doing crisis response and victim advocacy. She is an advocate of integrative, holistic approaches that support embodied self-care.
